Critical: Professionalism, ValueIf you have any sort of acrylic on your nails, do not go here. They don’t know how to take it off and I left before getting my nails cut, filed, or painted because the woman doing them would not listen to me. She took 42 minutes to take off 6 acrylic nails. I told her twice that I could easily pop them off myself in under 2 minutes but she refused to stop and kept going. I found this nail salon actually by accident as I just moved to Medford, NY at the retirement community at Mill Road. I received a special manicure c called the Ombre Nail. I loved it and also received a Shell manicure as well. Quite elegant. I got the glitter ombre too. I had a pedicure in French and had a facial. I like it.

By far the best nail salon I’ve been to do not believe the negative reviews on here. They have a lot of option with colors which a lot of nail salons do not have I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone so far I am definitely coming back grat job girls they do exceptional work. dont come here. just was here and got a rush job. lady didnt even finish my pedicure. she rushed my pedicure and i felt it because they close at 7. it was 615. charged me too for it. i am crying in my car i come here and have spent so much money. im disgusted. my feet are all cut up too. not nice people ive been coming here too. horrible service fake

I have been going here for the last year. The customer service from the workers has always been great. Regina the owner has always done my manicure and she does a great job. However recently she has had the audacity on more than one occasion to complain about the tip I have left for her and her employees. A tip is not a requirement and you should never be making a client feel uncomfortable! Especially when the client spends almost 150$ at your spa plus tip every week to two weeks. You just lost a loyal customer.

We were frequent customers before but first time back with my other half since new renovations and ownership, and were pleasantly pleased! Yes, the prices are a bit higher, but competitive for other nearby salons, and I have been to many in the area (new and established nail salons)in my years. Love the decor, love the relaxing music, I think most places could lose the TVs, but not too loud or distracting. Cleanliness was top notch, and the pedicure and manicure I thought had added standard features that we had just paid extra for in other places. Also included high end touches such as quick nail dry drops. The tables actually blow air to dry and due to quick nail dry, less dry time. We got 10 min massages also and were still way below nearby competitors so we are coming back! We have not had pedicures this good in a while that left you feeling like you were walking on pillows!! Thank you!! Good luck with new shop!! 🙂

I have been going to this shop for a very long time and have always been pleased with the services. Now the shop has a new ownership (in the same family) and the new owner has remodeled the whole shop. It’s really lovely and the services are improved quite a bit. The new chairs, lighting and music are very relaxing. I wish the new owner a lot of luck with her shop. I’m so pleased the woman who has done my nails for years is still there as well.
