This was my first experience at Instinct and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! From the minute I walked in the door everyone was so sweet and accommodating. I booked with Layla after a few family members have used her and have to say it was one of the best decisions. She’s so sweet, kind and very talented. She explained the entire process and made recommendations which is important because I’m not the pro she is lol. She was so inviting and felt like I’ve know her for forever. I will definitely be back. I’ve never made a follow up appt at other places but I’ve already booked my next appt. Thank you Layla so much for my new look!!
