I went to get my nails done with some family before a trip. As soon as I was assigned a nail tech, I was met with an unprofessional rushed attitude. Not only was my design overlooked and ignored but it was poorly done. The glue for the rhinestones was all over my nail. Nail glue was all over my fingers and hand to the point I had to peal it. I understand it was understaffed but this is ridiculous! Once finished my nails looked like over a 3 week growth had occurred. My nail was not even close to touching my cuticle. That’s only the beginning of the unprofessionalism and rudeness I was met with. I will not be returning.

Got my nails done here for the first time and loved it. Kevin assisted me and removed my old powder, shaped my nails, handled the dip powder and did my polish change on my toes. It’s a lovely space with a nice staff and an online booking system and text message notifications. (There’s also a Starbucks and a Tropical smoothie cafe next door if you want to grab a beverage beforehand.)

I came to this shop 2 weeks ago for the first time. I got a manicure (fill in and gel polish) and a pedicure (gel polish and I choose a specific pedicure package that was $55). In just 3 days, two of my fingernails where chipped. Not just the polish, the acrylic as well. Later in the week I noticed the polish on my right Big toe seemed to be chipping. I took a closer look and it is my NAIL that is bending and chipping off! It is a jagged break on the top and a crack further down. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Especially considering you pay an extra $20 for gel so my total came to $125. I am very disappointed and extremely upset. I do not recommend them and I will never come here again. TERRIBLE.

I wasted $55 on an acrylic set that looked like I did it myself. The lady did not know how to lay acrylic. Took her forever to file and drill down the clumpy acrylic that she laid. I asked for square nails and she started to file them coffin shape.

I got my nails and toes done by Dan and he did an amazing job on both. He was very nice and I let him do what he wanted with my nails and they came out wonderfully. I actually live in Virginia but spent the weekend here and will definitely be coming back.

A friend and I went to Inspire Friday evening, I will admit we were walk ins, however I’d rather a place say they don’t have time then rush. I questioned the tools, the first tray was visibly dirty, she got another but nothing was wrapped and sure didn’t look sterile.

Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten, and I only got the basic pedicure. This place is very clean, professional, and relaxing. The nail technicians take their time on each customer and they make sure you get your money’s worth.

I had an appointment for a full set and pedicure. I waited for 50 minutes without a single service being started. I eventually asked when I could expect to be seen and was told that a technician was on their way from VA. I might add, there were at least three other people who were also waiting just as long (if not longer to be served).I understand waiting a few minutes for service but nearly an hour seems unacceptable when the customer is expected to show up to the appointment on time. If you don’t mind long waits, feel free to visit. Unfortunately, this was my first and last time visiting this nail bar.

These nail technicians do an absolutely wonderful job and they are so nice, with amazing customer service. I visited on a Monday afternoon (there was no wait) and I received a soften pedicure ($37) along with a gel manicure ($38). I am extremely happy with my results. Considering I have thin nails, I felt they took great care to ensure the health of my nails. I went with a neutral, but fun, color for both mani and pedi (to match my bridesmaids dress).
