Great customer service. When I went in Sam took the time to explain all the differences in the tanning beds so I could make an informed decision. I had tried the red light therapy the week before and Sam again took the time to explain it to me. Everyone is friendly and well informed about the different services and they also explain the best way to maintain your tan.

This Tanning Salon is a hidden Gem in Encino. From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but it is beautiful inside, with the best service and tanning beds. They are very clean and are always changing their bulbs, so I always get the best tanning look! They have some new futuristic tanning beds that seriously are the greatest tanning beds that I’ve tried. Beyond the awesome bronze tanning results, the tanning beds talk to you, have AC cooled air, tanning dimming buttons so u can decide how intense you want your tan, and there is one bed that even has a Curved acrylic to lay on, which feels like sitting on a lounge chair. And, it produces the best tanning results. I really love all their tanning locations, and truly enjoy supporting genuine great businesses like this. Oh, and they just got a new Hi Tech Italian Tanning Bed that I think is called the Magic 636. I just tanned in it for the first time, and it has to be the best tanning bed that I’ve ever tried. Check this place out. Don’t let the outside of the building fool you….this place is clean, Beautiful, and has the best tanning beds and tanning prices. Wow!

Last minute impulse trip because my usual place was closed and I was super pleased! I showed up very close to closing on a Saturday and I know what that’s like being in the other side but the gal was super welcoming and didn’t make me feel rushed as Ive felt in other service industry places during full swing business hours 🙂 she answers my questions, gave me a tour (I didn’t need that but just going that extra mile was just awesome customer service and it was not in vain ). I purchased a single use packet and literally hours later was admiring my fresh glow of color which always makes me feel refreshed. Happy that I took a chance on this place! Will def be back – very clean, welcoming welcoming environment, reasonable prices and results were better than I expected- last place I tried on a whim cost far too much, had zero personality and even less results in my tanning

I have always used tanning beds in the past until I was diagnosed with skin cancer. Then I decided to try the airbrush services at Insatiable. I was afraid the color might not be believable or natural, I was assured that I would be happy with the results. I was warmly greeted by Sam and Reina and the whole process took about 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend opting for the primer before the color application. The color looks great, Reina applied the perfect amount, it looks natural and really gave me a boost of confidence.
