Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. I called Monday to schedule a hair cut and was scheduled Tuesday for 2. I showed up to my appointment at 10 minutes ahead of 2, in case they needed paperwork filled out etc. At 2:05, someone apologized to me that Donna was not there yet, she had ran an errand and should walk in shortly. At 2:10, there was no word or call from her. Between 2:10 and 2:15 I decided to leave. Donna was the one that scheduled my appointment for Tuesday when I called. I did not tell the girls I was frustrated or why I decided to leave. When my appointment was scheduled they asked for my phone number, so I know they had it on file. I did not receive a phone call after leaving and I found that frustrating seeing as though I could have been a new client for them. Funny thing is, when I told a friend I had an appointment scheduled here, she told me she didn’t care for them because they run very far behind. I will not return here.

I’ve been going to Innovations for about 9 years. I’ve availed myself of a number of their services: color, cut, waxing, styling, and have always been completely satisfied. The one time I found a little (very little) mistake, I called and they had me go in that very day to fix it and guarantee that I was pleased. I highly recommend this shop. As they’ve always told me, “If you’re happy with the results tell your friends. If you’re unhappy, tell us.” And they stand by that motto.
