I went to see Ingrid last month after I pulled something in my mid back moving stuff. Ingrid really put in the work and took my pain and discomfort out of my back. Definitely recommend Ingrid and I’m definitely going back in a week or so. She even worked on my shoulder and I didn’t tell anything about it, she also noticed that there was something wrong with my heal which I shattered last summer and had surgery. Best massage therapists I’ve been to.
