One of the best customer service experiences I’ve EVER had. I got the corner unit and couldn’t be happier. I will say, when it says you can fit 4 people, that really means 2-3. The corner unit fits 3-4 very comfortably. The shipping was on time, the service pre and post install was immaculate. I installed the sauna myself, it takes a few hours with a friend, not problem if you have any degree of handiness around the house. And then, plug it in and it works great. The only downside is the wifi app sucks so your ability to turn it on remotely depends on the phone you have and the software it has. The bluetooth speakers inside work great. It’s easy to clean and maintain. I really can’t recommend this enough!

If you are interested in improving your physical and mental health this is a must have! This last year confirmed how important those two gifts are, and how important it is to invest in them. After a lot of research I decided Clearlight was the best option. Buying and using the Clearlight Sauna has been so easy and perfect. Frank was very helpful, and walked me through everything. Having an actual local person to help me if there were/are any issues and was a big issue for me. I have been using it almost daily, and I am so grateful. It is totally worth it!

We purchased the Sanctuary II Sauna from Frank at Clearlight Infrared of Salt Lake. The Infrared Sauna feels amazing and we love it and use it every day. The purchase process was painless. It was delivered within a couple of weeks of ordering and we had them assemble the sauna in our home the day after delivery….. Only took 2 hours and it was done and ready to use. The service at Clearlight Infrared in Salt Lake City is unsurpassed. I got my Sanctuary Yoga a month ago and I am impressed at the craftsmanship and healing affects this sauna brings. The sauna has a full glass front and is beautiful. Better than any other sauna I found online. The people that work there are great and I’m appreciate all there help. I’d like to thank Douglas for taking the time to educate me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Well I’ve purchased the Sanctuary 3 person Cedar wood inferred sauna a few weeks ago from the Clearlight Infrared Sauna dealers b/c they have the best price that I could afford. As well as there customer service was amazing, even when calling them to install which only took my husband and I less than an 2 hours and no arguments, amazingly simple. On another note we’re in love with this new addition to the family and have loss almost 15 lbs between the both of us!! I highly recommend this product , especially for families!!

I bought my Clearlight sauna 2 months ago from these dealers and they were great. They were able to take measurements to pick out the best sauna for our home. We got the Premier 3 person with just the Far-Infrared. It’s noting like a regular sauna which just uses heat. Infrared heat is a different experience which is hard to explain. Let’s just say I am sweating buckets at a comfortable 130 degrees. The Bluetooth is out of this world. We get to listen to audio books and music from our phone while enjoying a good sweat. Infrared saunas are an experience and to have it at our fingertips feels luxurious. The cedar option we picked was also a plus because it has a rich wood scent.

I had heard that infrared saunas had incredible health benefits. I’ve used saunas at gyms and spas before but I didn’t know the value of a home sauna and specifically an infrared sauna until I used this dealer. I found them via google. They were well informed and told me about their own personal success stories. I purchased the three person premiere, the IS-3, as it was within my budget but I hope to eventually upgrade to a Sanctuary as I like the glass look. My 3 person is more for 2 people and as a single I am able to lounge and relax. It has blue tooth and a built in radio which is great. When I first started using it I was fatigued and had to check in with myself as to my time limits and slowly build up over time. I use it more in winter as I get cold easily and it completely changed my winter lifestyle. I no longer get chilled easily especially in the chest and neck area. A side benefit I was least expecting was that I could see a huge improvement in my skin. My skin glows. My digestion is better and this brand seems to have a deeper effect on my health. I highly recommend this Clearlight dealers – I tell all of my friends!
