I love the way Mindy M does my hair! The color is always great and the cut is exacly how i want it everytime. Ive been going to Indivisual salon for at least 4 years and they are always super nice and Mindy is a hoot! Last time i was in she stuled my hair after a cut and curled it sooo cute!! I came to this salon because I was afraid to go to a salon inside of a Wal Mart and have a horrible experience. After my experience getting my hair colored here by Jaycee, I wish I had regrets about not going to Wal Mart. The application that was done is just unacceptable. When I reached out to the owner, she told me that they do not offer refunds but that I could come in and have her take a look at it. She also told me that my photos and the “before/after” photos the sytlist took were different (mine were taken in natural light, hers inside the salon at night). I sent her these photos of my hair asking if it was acceptable work from the stylists in her salon and she avoided answering that question, and never did. I did not want to have anyone there “look” at my hair or color it again if this is the standard the stylists are held to. I can only speak for my one experience, but I would wait to visit Jaycee until she’s had some more education or practice coloring. And think twice about visiting any stylists if they’re not held accountable for a terrible job done.

Jaycee is absolutely amazing and so talented. Have been going to her for my lashes for a year. She is the sweetest to visit with and does amazing work. She’s also done hair for a few family members and always does a great job! Jaycee is very knowledgeable and works hard to give you exactly what you want. Would recommend this salon and especially Jaycee to anyone! She is the best!

I have dyed my own hair for a very long time, and going lighter is always a scary experience because sometimes bleach can be unpredictable. So, when i decided to go lighter, I knew I had to go to a professional. Jaycee was my first choice, and for good reason. She gave my hair such dimension and kept it healthy, strong, and soft even after bleaching. It turned out beyond expectation. She is not only an incredible cosmetologist on the hair side, but also an extremely talented lash artist. I always got compliments on my lashes and she gave me exactly what i wanted. I absolutely trust her with my beauty needs and will continue to see her. She makes me feel beautiful!

Decided to give this salon a try and I was recommended to Jaycee! I live in Bountiful and it was definitely worth the drive to have her do my hair. I was so happy with the outcome and with how caring she was towards my wants! I left feeling beautiful and she made me feel so welcome! She left me sit while the chemicals do their job after 35 minutes ask her if we are getting close, she rudely snapped and said we have a few. Well 45 minutes later she takes the rollers out does all the rinsing yada yada sends me on my way. DID I mention my hair is thin – hair is frizzy and now feels like straw.
