Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made a two hour appointment two months in advance and I live about three hours away. I checked and double checked when my appointment was because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t late. I showed up on time and was informed that I was called the day before and that the appointment was the day before. I never received a call. We talked a bit and she said I could wait at the pub nearby til about 3-3:15 and she would let me know when she was ready for me. I waited and waited and at about 3:20 I reached out again and heard nothing for about 10 minutes when she simply replied she was sorry but since I wasn’t there at 3 she longer had time. I drove three hours each way for this appointment which took up my entire day only to be turned away.
