Indie Salon is amazing! The stylists are so professional and cut hair well. It takes me no time in to morning to do my hair! Amy is a grear stypist but so is everyone else who works there. You can’t go wrong.

I do not recommend anyone going to Amy Scott at Inde Salon. She was terribly rude & unprofessional with me. I have two friends who highly recommended her. 3.5 hours before my appointment I received a phone call by her receptionist stating Amy’s mom got sick over the weekend so she needed to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled then called back to ask why the receptionist waited so late to call me if Amy had been out 4-5 days. I had taken off of work, & my friend had driven an hour to come to the appointment with me. The receptionist then proceeded to tell me Amy’s mom almost died the night before. I was very apologetic. Had I known it was an emergency I never would have called back. Come to find out the receptionist went back to Amy telling her I said she was unprofessional. Amy then contacted my friend complaining about the situation, which was very unprofessional on her part. I didn’t want to attend my appointment with harsh feelings so I called the office to leave a message. I also sent Amy a message on FB on her Inde Salon FB page. Immediately the receptionist replied stating she would relay the messaged to Amy once her mom got out of a coma, but all her appointments were canceled. Had I not sent that messaged I would have never known my appointment for the next afternoon had been canceled as well. Amy then got on the messenger & was extremely rude to me. Although I’ve heard wonderful things about her work, her lack of professionalism & her disrespect towards me is enough for me to never recommend someone to do business with her. Please read the messages below to see for yourself.
