It’s my 2nd time here and I’m definitely making her my nail queen. It’s very clean, they are following social distancing orders by using a huge glass to separate you and nail tech. High end pedi massage chairs that give you a light show and such an wonderful experience. On top of all of this positive, it’s a family owned business with such a beautiful mom like women running it. Prices are affordable, and they even offer extra calluses removal. Although I didn’t get that done, she made sure my feet where extremely soft. Do not go to this salon unless you don’t mind continuously paying to fix broken nails. I had 2 nails break in one week, not doing anything strenuous. The first nail broke 2 days following getting it done here. I went back to get it fixed and they charged me $5! After 2 days? 3 days later another nail broke. I told the owner I did not feel I should pay when 2 nails have broken in the matter of a week. She refused to assist without me paying another $5. I told her forget it and to forget me as a customer. I instead just found another salon further away and redid the whole set. Learn how to treat customers, especially ones that live nearby and would give you repetitive service. I would rather just travel further out and find a nail salon I can count on.

I went in here for a fill and a repair because my middle finger nail was broken off. She put the new nail on crooked and almost half a centimeter shorter than the same nail on the other hand. I politely asked her to take it off at which point she cut the acrylic nail and filed it down, then put the nail tip ON TOP of the acrylic. I protested but she said “let me do my job”. After putting acrylic on my new nail it was still extremely crooked(see in posted photos). She put acrylic over my already dirty nails so they look yellow and gross. She cut me twice with the drill after filling my nails because she put the acrylic way over my cuticles. When she told me to wash my hands my nails looked HORRIBLE. I kept telling her to fix things and she wasn’t listening at all. I now have to go get my nails fixed somewhere else, I told them I will not pay for the work she did at which point she started yelling at me calling me a “cheapsy”. She YANKED MY HAND TRIED TO CUT ONE OF MY NAILS OFF WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO LEAVE.The other girls in the salon agreed they would never pay for what my nails looked like and I left to find another place to fix my nails. Horrible experience all around.

The man who did my nails was not so nice, welcoming. I made acrylics with gel lack on top. Something was really wrong with the brands or types they were using because the nails turned black after just a few hours. I cleaned them and scrubbed them but as soon as I started doing things with my hands again they turned black. After a few days almost the entire nail polish was filled with something black. So I won’t be coming back here. Also when I was paying the man asked me straight out loud how much I wanted to tip, he didn’t let me fill it out myself or anything.. worst place

THIS PLACE IS RACIST TOWARDS BLACK PEOPLE. I never write reviews, but I need to take a minute to share my first experience here. I called to see if the place takes appointments, and they said they take walk ins. When I arrived, there was a black women who was already sitting down with the nail tech. I paid no mind, I picked my color, and then all of sudden I was told to sit down. I was listening to my music, not really paying any attention, but then I realized the woman who was already sitting down, was now waiting. I figured she was probably done, but then I overheard the woman manager tell her that there were two appointments ahead of her, (when she told me, they don’t take appointments). Mind you, there was nobody in this salon, and three people working there, two were doing nothing. I then hear her tell the black woman that she has to pay before she gets service, meanwhile, I was seated and given service right away. That is NOT RIGHT. It was clear that these people did not want to serve a black woman, but treated me, a light skinned, puerto rican woman, way better. I should’ve stood up for the woman in that moment, and I regret not raising my voice. But i had to get on here to make this review because it was completely unfair the way they treated her. I should’ve walked right out, and this was a lesson learned for me to speak out again injustices when I see them. My heart goes out to the woman who was treated so unfairly.

Great work! My favorite nailsalon! Never a long wait, walk ins welcome even on Saturdays! I go here because the staff is friendly and there’s a ton of foot and nail areas open inside. Very homey and relaxed atmosphere.
