They did a great job on my nails however they add extra charges that are not listed. For example Emily my nail tech asked me how long I wanted my nails. When I told her she told me I can’t have them that long because my natural nails were too short. When I insisted that I wanted that length she told me it would be an additional $10. I didn’t want to argue or make a scene, also I needed them done right away so I complied. But for that reason alone I will not be going back. To me it seemed she just saw an opportunity to charge more and took it. Very low of them too bad because she did do a great job on my manicure, and I still left a very generous tip! Also the way they do pedicures is very lazy. They cut and paint your toes than do a quick wash. Who clipped toe nails dry!?? Look at my nails and explain why I was charged additional $10 for this length and no design?? ??

This salon does not sanitize their tools. I watched them take out their cuticle cutters from a drawer and place them right back after done with my nails, the sanitizer wasn’t even turned on. The station just felt and looked dirty, and they charge $20 extra dollars to brush some chrome powder over a manicure. It was a nice manicure but the lack of cleanliness of the salon and tools coupled with the price is not worth it.

The person who worked on my nails did an excellent job and everyone was very friendly. I had a gel fill in and design. The design is pictured below. I don’t mind paying when the service is excellent as it was, but what I do mind is paying more than another customer because I am judged as being able to do so. You would have had a repeat customer and I would have definitely referred friends and others, but I know because I have gotten my nails done in many other places that $20 for a simple design and $5 extra for the line underneath is definitely a far reach and your not charging every customer that and if you are some are probably not going to come back.

Updated for COVID: They take your temperature and spray you down with alcohol. All seats are cleaned after use and barriers are in place. Highly recommend, always love Yoyo and Angela— they are amazing

Just found this place on google a week ago and decided to try – No Regrets. LOVE the way Angela did my nails. New salon and new to powder dipping, but she did the most excellent job, and I will be making this my new spot, even though I live 20 mins away.
