Hello. I come here often and this particular time that I went. Was a mess my I got there around 10:40. I didn’t get serviced until 11 which is cool because I was a walk in. I didn’t leave until 4pm I was only getting a quickweave. A quick weave should never take that long but it does when your employees are doing more laughing and playing than focusing on the customers needs. You can definitely see a difference when the owner is there and when she isn’t. Multiple guys running in and out. Employees flirting. Just for my hair to look messed up, now I have to go home and do my hair all over again smh

Unprofessional. Made an appointment with tasha (her idea) got there & she said she wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours after my appointment time. She pawned me off to anne who then said she don’t do kids hair that’s tender headed. What? Yes I mentioned him being tender headed but he’s not “fall out, kicking screaming, moving all around, tender headed” If you just be mindful that you’re combing a childs hair & be a tad bit gentle than normal then he’s fine. She just aint want to do it. Basically a waste of time & gas.

My primary stylists canceled on me the night before I was getting my hair done. I really didn’t know any other place to get my hair done on a very short notice. I googled hair salons and saw where they take walk ins. I decided to take a chance all I wanted was crochet. I got to the salon at 10am and was done by 12. I didn’t have to wait to be serviced the ladies and atmosphere was so welcoming and familiar even though I never been there before. The price was great as well. I hate to give this place a one star. I walked in for a relaxer and the girl Danielle did my relaxer. What she gave me was a big bald spot and burnt scalp. I went back to show the owner she said I had something going on other than a burnt scalp but offered 6 treatments for my hair but if I want her to do any other service I would have to pay . I didn’t go back . I went to another professional hair salon and she told me that the relaxer that Danielle used on my hair was way too strong for my hair and she left the relaxer on my hair too long. When I went to impressive tresses I asked what kind of relaxer they used she wouldn’t tell me and she quickly went and put it away the owner wouldn’t take responsibility that her tech Danielle had messed up my hair . I would never go back here again and if you are looking for a relaxer or any kind of service you wouldn’t either!!! Run from this place!!

One stylist recommend fall colors and I found the perfect ginger color for me, I don’t remember her name, whom did my hair, but she did an awesome job! They said I needed a touch up but it turned out amazing for me! I haven’t been to a salon in YEARS, and for a walk-in, I didn’t wait long. I can’t wait to go back.. thank you ladies so much! One stylist recommend fall colors and I found the perfect ginger color for me, I don’t remember her name, whom did my hair, but she did an awesome job!
