Went in for a lash refill, the lady did not take more than 15 min to refill my lashes. I was shocked because other lash techs take about an hour for a refill. She pretty much glued a bunch of my lashes together. I can’t even brush through my lashes and they feel so unhealthy. I paid $85 for the refill, now I have to find someone to remove them before I lose all my lashes or get an infection. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. I should’ve checked the reviews before going in.

I LOVE!!!!!!! This place everytime I come Im always very satisfied. The women here are awesome and súper friendly especially Samantha she is the one I go to ALWAYS!!!!! She does a great job everytime with my eyebrows, lashes and hair ❤ always very profesional and great customer service!!!! I really reccomend coming here.

Location was clean and nice, but the Lady who threaded my eyebrows did a really bad job. Did not even try to make them even or shape them and I still had a lot of hair that was not removed. I wanted to try them out since I was in the area, but overall I would not recommend for eyebrow threading. They do have other services.

Daughter, forgot her punch card and returned 2 hours later and was told they couldn’t punch the card anymore since she already paid. I find that ridiculous since she went back same day. For the money they charge and lashes don’t last either, it shouldn’t be that hard to hold punch a card.
