I usually come here all the time to get my brows waxed. I always ask them to only clean it up, no shaping or anything extra. But the lady decided to do whatever she wanted and waxed off wayyy too much. THEY LOOK CRAZY. Im extremely disappointed and annoyed with this place. never spending my money here again Waxing

Terrible experience. The workers are really rude. The tech did not properly prep my nails, and I kept having to ask and tell her how to properly fix and shape my nails. Once finished I didn’t like certain things and asked if there was someone else who could fix them for me they told me no because they were already finished and eventually ignored me. Will never return back.

I am giving Illusionz nail salon 5 stars, because in the end I did enjoy my experience. I was accommodated and taken care of. The sweet Peruvian nail technician, Luz, was very friendly and kept up a light conversation. Thank you!

I came here 3 times with an appointment and ever single time they told me a hour horrible customer service here HORRIBLE . It’s not fair that I make an appointment because when people make appointments it’s because they have other places to go . They act like it is okay to just say sorry she is coming in a hour then when you are talking to them they don’t even look at you just walk away HORRIBLE!!

Really liked the place. Went in on a whim to check out prices since most places a $30 for a new acrylic set with regular polish. I love the fact that it was $30 including the change in nail style. I got 2 fingers in a pointy almond shape & the rest coffin shaped. They didn’t charge you extra if you wanted to use OPI or Essie regular polish. I LOVED LOVED LOVED the nail technician that I got. Her name is Jessica, young girl who know her job right! First time that I go into a new nail salon and that they get the shape, thickness, and size right without me having to correct them. I’m very meticulous when it comes to how I like my nails done and I left more than satisfied! The only bad thing is that you can’t leave the tip included in the bill when paying with a credit card, but there are multiple banks within walking distance or a 10 mins drive. I would recommend this place to anyone. I’ll try getting their gel polish products and maybe a design new time to see if its any good. 🙂

I am very dissatisfied with their services! I’ve been coming here for quite some time, and I try not to take their rudeness personal, however it is now starting to affect their work and my services! Everytime I come in here they do not greet me, and when I greet them they do not acknowledge me at all. They are very rude and any question I ask them, makes me feel like I just ruined their day when they react and respond to me the way they do. They always rush through to do my nails and whenever I try to critique their work, they get very upset with me. I get what I want because I won’t leave until I get what I’m paying for, but it is never a friendly, welcoming environment. They are very rude with zero remorse, and it is unacceptable! If you ladies do not want to come to work to do your job, do not take it out on your clients!!

Worst customer service ever!!! I could not believe how rude this lady was. I asked her to put a design on my big toes. She told me to look up a nail art I like on my phone. I did. She proceeded to design it but then realized it was something she could not do so she suggested that she should take it off. I agreed. No one is perfect. No big deal. Now she tells me to pick another design. I did and she proceeded to design it but I noticed that she was a bit off so I made some small suggestions because I noticed she wasn’t even looking at the picture. She became visibly annoyed rolling her eyes and hissing. I was so embarrassed and the customer sitting next to me was embarrassed for me. I was so uncomfortable that I was not sure what to do so I just smiled and said it was okay. You tried your best. She now continues to roll her eyes and hiss at me and said something in Spanish under her breath. I don’t speak Spanish so I can’t tell you what she said but the customer that was sitting next to me (who is Spanish) said, “Wow” as though she could not believe how rude the lady was towards me. Now I was suppose to get other services done but I decided not too because I don’t want to be further embarrassed than I already was. While drying my nails, I thought to myself that maybe I should tell her that what she did made me uncomfortable and felt like my business was not appreciated. I was thinking maybe she was having a bad day and she didn’t mean to take it out on me…I was really stretching because I was so confused why she was being so rude. I later got her attention and pull her aside so as not to draw attention to what I was saying and told her that what she did came off so rude and made my feel like my business was not appreciated here. Her reaction just blew me away! She just looked at me and said that’s fine and walked away. No apology…nothing! It is so unfortunate. This is my first and last time in this establishment. There work is mediocre at best! My recommendation is to go to the nail shop across the street from them on Morris avenue called “Nails” next to the laundromat. They make you feel like a superstar and they are really good at designs!!

I have been coming here for a few years but this place has gone downhill. Last gel manicure I got lasted 5 days. Pedicure prices have gone up and it’s pretty much the same. The woman who did my nails and toes rushed today and cut me(twice!!) she also rushed through eyebrows. I still tipped her but this will be my last time there
