Idk what all these bad reviews are about but me and my sister had a wonderful experience! We had Batoul and Jackie. They were lovely, me and my sister walked out feeling beautiful! Highly recommend you go! And if you have little boys take them to the barbers there a young boy was getting my his hair cut while we waiting (which was 15mins max, and they got us both in and out in about and hour or so) and when he walked out he looked so adorable! Definitely recommending my family here!

She’s consistent and very skilled (I have been her client for over 10 years now). She always styles my hair exactly how I want it. She is also the only hair dresser I trust with scissors, and she always only takes off what’s necessary (she doesn’t get scissor happy lol). Aside from her amazing work she is so kind and easy to talk to. It is always a delight to sit in her chair. I also bring my boys to see Moose. Nina (Ne3mat) is amazing I trusted her from my first visit! She’s consistent and very skilled (I have been her client for over 10 years now). She always styles my hair exactly how I want it. She is also the only hair dresser I trust with scissors, and she always only takes off what’s necessary (she doesn’t get scissor happy lol). I like this place except for the fact that they are terrible when it comes to “washing” your hair. They don’t even touch your scalp at all. They basically dump shampoo on it and rinse it really fast without bothering to actually clean your hair and scalp. My favorite hairdresser there is Nina. She is so sweet and really good at styling and trimming hair and putting in extensions. I also like how I was able to make an appointment on their website with all different time slots for that same day. I didn’t have to call and make an appointment over the phone. Plus all the prices and services each stylist does along with their available time slots, and it even tells you how long each service takes. It was very convenient and time saving which helps when you decide to get your hair done that very same day without planning in advance. Overall very professional, clean and friendly environment.

I am so happy with my experience here. I was told about Illusion by a customer were I work. I called at noon on a Saturday and said I’d like to schedule for a cut, color and blow-dry. The person who answered the phone put me on hold for a minute and came back saying I could come at 1:00, that same day. Tima was great. I have a lot of hair and she was definitely up for the challenge. I just trusted her as far as the color and cut went and I’m so glad I did because she is very talented at what she does! The whole experience was great. I’m so happy to have finally found someone to go to regularly to maintain my hair.

A waste of time , make sure when you call and make your appointment they schedule you for the right thing and not make you waste your time and gas to go ALL the way out there just for them tell you they can’t do your hair . And also to make sure they tell you about any deposits . TRASH.
