I got a perm here as and followed the instructions given to me and even bought the products they offered and I was told by others with perms that it was a bad perm and it really was. I paid around $200 for medium hair length and it was just not very good and went away so fast despite me wearing a shower cap the first 3 days. Perms

An inviting , on-trend salon that shines bright like a diamond amidst the gritty South Harvard stretch it is located. iidentity is a two-story oasis undeniably designed to provide a Rodeo Drive experience balanced with Tulsan sensibility; however, the result is 918 lost in the 818 with no chance of making it over Laurel Canyon into the 310. There is no explanation or justification for the cheap patio furniture cluttering the reception area that despite blending with the overall chic aesthetic, is guaranteed to confuse or disgust a well-heeled Balenciaga crowd. And they haven’t even made it into a stylist’s chair yet.

They can do long hair with natural color. Anything outside of normal is too much. Short hair is a NO. My hair was down to my waist so it was a fresh palette to work with. Had to pay over 50 for something I have to go get fixed. Haircut

I recieved service from Janet and she did a terrible job.. got a hair color I wasn’t satisfied with and I was in tears! I asked for a ashy blonde balyage and recieved a gold brassy yellow hair and when I confronted them about the terrible service, they called me and I was told to not come back for my next appointment which I didn’t even book. Wasn’t planning to return after that terrible experience anyways. You can’t expect people to stay silent when they pay and receive something terrible. I’m not going to pay for a terrible job and stay silent with a messy hair. If you want to recieve good service in a professional salon this is not the place. I will let all my friends and family know to never step a foot in this salon, overpriced and unprofessional if you are the type that stays silent after a elementary student hair job, and pay their crazy prices this is the place for you.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’m so grateful that I picked this place to be my new salon. Neither myself or Bri, the stylist, knew exactly what she was getting into with my hair. Turned out that my old stylist (Bombshell in Prague) scammed me and kinda ruined my hair as far as color goes. It turned into a much bigger job for Bri and she was still so sweet and determined to fix it. It turned out beautiful and looks so natural.
