Horrible management!! I have requested multiple phone calls to speak to a manager in the past and have never received a call. I also have had terrible past experiences with employees. I purchased laser hair removal for my legs and have not seen positive results. If I want long lasting results I will have to continue spending hundreds of dollars in follow up maintenance. I wish I would have received more treatments or had better result for how much I spent initially on the service. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Do not go here. I had a terrible experience with Ideal Image Fox Point! Their customer service did nothing to help me resolve my case. I could no longer use my treatments due to medical reasons, and now they are not going to let me use the treatments I paid for. They said the clinic manager at Fox Point needed to be the one to help me come to a solution. But they could not even get ahold of this person. This has been going on for almost 4 months; with not being able to get in contact with the clinic manager.

I came for my appointment arriving 10 minutes early. I was checked in and awaited to be called. A lady came out with a customer and proceeded to upsale some services. 20 minutes went by and I still wasn’t called. I then saw another customer come in while they were still working with the previous customer. 5 minutes go by and one of the employees walks out and informs me they overbooked and I will need to wait another 10 to 15 minutes. I stated, I already been waiting 30 minutes for my appointment and couldn’t wait any longer. The employee was not apologetic and was laughing, I guess because she was nervous. I simply left and never received my service but I saw they logged it as if I had a service. I took off work early to make this appointment and to sit there with no acknowledgement of me already waiting for service was horrible. You would’ve thought they would’ve had a solution beyond just wait longer and take the customer who came in after me. I will be leaving reviews on all the websites about this experience. It was poorly handled and poor customer service.

My mom and I had a consultation with someone who wouldn’t follow up with us and quoted us way lower than what both of us needed. When we asked to be compensated for the missing treatments they told us no that not how they do things. It’s going to be way more money and there is zero options offered to us.
