So this is the first time that the person treating me was ready on time so that was immediately pleasant. I met Nova this appointment and wow, I can’t begin to explain how nice she was from the beginning. She was so gentle and distracting from the laser treatment in a good way, plus her service time was super fast. She made me feel so comfortable during everything and let me know my options ahead of time. She was absolutely amazing and I want to schedule every single appointment with her now! Haven’t even left the parking lot and leaving the review! If you can request Nova to treat you, you won’t regret it!

I went for my first appointment and met with Maggie- she was great! She explained the whole process and answered all of my questions! The actual laser time was about 10 minutes and she kept checking to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. Afterwards she went over the aftercare instructions and made sure I was comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. It was a great experience!

I had my Initial consultation on September 2 at 7 PM. The woman I spoke to set my appointment for Cool Sculpting on my arms for September 7 at 9 AM at the Columbus location. I was having difficulties with my online paperwork so I called to see if they could help me and they said not to worry about it just to fill out the paperwork when I came for my appointment at 11:30 on Wednesday. I told them that my appointment was at nine and they said no your appointments at 11:30 at the Columbus location, I said OK and thanked them and told him I was glad I called because I would’ve been mad if I was there 2 1/2 hours early. So I get to the Columbus location at 11 AM on Wednesday for my scheduled appointment and the receptionist tells me that my appointment is for tomorrow, Thursday at 11:30 in Dublin. I specifically told the initial woman I spoke with that I wanted to go to the Columbus office because it was closer. And she said nope you’re scheduled in Dublin. She wasn’t rude, however, she wasn’t apologetic either. She never once said she was sorry or was empathetic or anything. Not only did I have to rearrange my schedule to have this procedure done, now I have to do it again. Major inconvenience! I’ve got a bad taste in my mouth already and I haven’t even had the procedure done. Very unprofessional.

The NP I had today was amazing. I totally forgot her name but she made me feel comfortable, she took her time, and addressed all of my concerns. Since I started this process of removing hair,I’ve always mentioned the spots that I believe are being missed.She’s the first to address the area and made sure to zap those areas. Through out the entire session she made sure to ask if I was doing okay. I’m happy my next appointment is with her again.

I love Ideal Image for so many reasons. I started services in September and was very nervous about the procedures and side effects. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism and welcomed to ask questions. Each time I visit (10+ times since Sept. ’22), they take the time to not only answer all of my questions (I have new ones every time), but also create and sustain a welcoming, body-positive space. The environment is comfortable, there’s usually an amazing playlist playing over the speakers, and everyone is as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. I have also visited the Dublin location and had wonderful experiences. Thank you Ideal Image team for all that you do!

Not appropriate treatment for me. Nurse told me she tried it and had to have a abdominalplasty. Staff should not be telling patients that info. I am definitely not a candidate for this treatment and feel that now i am canceling they are giving me a hard time. Been getting the run round. Was told 9/7 that someone would call me in 3-5 business days. Did not receive call back. And was told on 9/14 after a email was sent to someone with immediate response that they have a note to call me later in the day. No call. Called today 9/15/2022 and was told I had to wait 24-48hrs. My attorney has asked that I document all calls and lender has been contacted also to cancel loan. Not happy at all.
