I did cool sculpting at Ideal Image Burlington, which was a very enjoyable experience without pain or extreme discomfort. The office is very clean and staff members are very friendly and professional. The treatment was almost pain free; I can do anything I want on my phone during treatment. The treatment was quick, not invasive and also effective. I can literally see results after 2 weeks of treatment. Highly recommend!

This was by far the worst $2,500 I’ve ever spent in my entire life. This company is a complete scam and should be shut down immediately ! They lied to me, told me that I was a good candidate for laser hair removal on my face. They were so quick to sign me up and take my money. The laser hair removal treatments did not work on my face, if anything it made my facial hair worse towards the end of my treatments. The laser light created more hair on my face and I ended up with way more hair than before !! I contacted their corporate office to try to get a refund or at least half my money back since the treatments made my situation worse. The manager was extremely rude and refused to give me any money back. They wouldn’t even give me back the $250 life time membership fee because it’s been over a month and you’re supposed to cancel within the first month of signing up for the treatments…HOW was I supposed to know within a month that their laser was going to make my facial hair worse? This company is very unethical, they just want your money..they do not care about their clients. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and taking legal action. I’m posting this review to warn people not to do business with Ideal Image, take your money elsewhere !

I was lied to when I went for my consultation. I was told the area I wanted treated was covered under the package I purchased. When I went for my first appointment I was told that it didn’t cover 2 of the areas I wanted treated. I was promised that this problem would be fixed. Never heard back. Tried calling and was never able to get through. When I went for my second appointment here, not only was I told this was the package I was locked into and there was nothing they could do to fix this, but the nurse rushed through and missed a bunch of hairs so it was basically a wasted visit. I tried to schedule my next appointment and they said they were booked for two and a half months out. I decided to go to their location in Shrewsbury and they were FANTASTIC! They did everything they could to fix the issues I was having and the nurse that did my treatment was thorough, friendly and answered all my questions. Also, I was able to schedule my next appointment without any issues.

The laser hair removal results work. Unfortunately I had to stop due to Covid.. Now I’m planning on calling and going back for the last 2-3 sessions I paid for. But after reading what people had said about being told their contract was over and they needed to pay for it all over again. I feel very discourage to go again. It wasn’t my fault. At the end of my visit the receptionist could not schedule my next visit as part of my process due to lack of scheduling. Not to mention KIM had a negative tone when assisting me. The other associate stated she was in charge of scheduling and could not give me an appointment due to staffing issues. I have alit of money invested in my services to disrespected. The Ideal image in Burlington Massachusetts are not holding up to the terms and agreement of contract.

This company has the absolute worst customer service both in the clinics and offices and over the phone. Scamming people out of money is the business. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone else. The fact that your social media posts don’t allow people to comment shows that you are aware of the NOT ideal image you leave people with. Fear of the comments people would leave alerting others to the bad business you do.
