I have been going to Ideal Cutz for years and can truly say that this is a barber shop unlike any other. Nahshon ALWAYS goes the extra mile to deliver exceptional service to his clients and my being able to schedule appointments for my haircuts is an invaluable, time saving tool that I have never seen any other barber shop use before. This second location is easy to get to from central Palm Beach County and is clean, nicely appointed and well maintained with PLENTY of seating AND a pool table! So stop by for a haircut but come back for the experience!

I have lived in West Palm Beach for three years and have bounced around from different shops. I made an appointment for 1:00PM today and was promptly seated with Marcus. The care and attention that was given has superseded any barber shop I’ve been to here. For the first at the shop, I got the best cut I’ve ever had. I think there is a lot of laziness in the barber game and it reflects poorly on the people who actually consider it more of an art form. I’ve been coming to the Palm Springs location for some time now (it’s conveniently close enough to 95 but yet far enough to avoid the headaches of the interstate) Dre is my Barber and I think he’s going to be my barber for the rest of my natural life. Seems like an extreme statement to most but I’m pretty sure of it. There’s better barbers out there but cutting hair is not about the best cut that day, it’s the consistency of the haircuts over time. I know what i want to look like and i think it’s hard (especially for guys) to give detailed descriptions or to be that open in general with another person. I don’t go to a doctor and dictate how I want the session to go. I sit there and trust the process. Dre has a way of listening to me and then leaving a lot up to his professional judgment. People may think that’s uncomfortable but to me it changed the way I look at the service. I went from getting a haircut once every few months to wanting one almost every week. He turned me onto ways of getting my beard looking trim and keeping my top edged out nice. I don’t think I would of ever asked for or knew how to ask for all the extra things he did but after the haircut I looked real good and trust was exchanged. You just don’t get that confidence unless you have people who look at their service as an art form. The same goes for Marcos as well. These guys are on the same side as you are, they want to make you look good when you leave and want to keep on making you look good in the future.

I love this barber shop. I have been coming here for years. Everyone is so professional, and happy there. Seeing everyone and talking with everyone, they always make you feel welcomed, like family. It’s a great place to patronize. I especially appreciate my barber Nahshon. It’s always a pleasure to get my haircut by him. He always has something good to talk about. Its always a good conversation. I always get a great haircut from him. He’s very good, and he’s an awesome barber.
