I booked a massage online and got a confirmation email. I tried to call and confirm it before I showed up but no one ever answered the phone, and the voicemail box wasn’t set up for me to leave a message. Eventually it stopped ringing and just went straight to voicemail. When I showed up for my appointment, the door was locked and no one was there, even though it was during their business hours. Would not recommend!

Booked an appointment on the website. Got confirmation emails when I booked and an hour before my appointment, but when I got there they didn’t have me booked. At that point the lady told me it was cash only, which wasn’t mentioned on the website or the confirmation emails.
