first, they asked for payment before the massage without an option to include a tip, and then they insisted a tip after the massage. both times they included a $2 charge per transaction without informing me. they told me they could only do a 30 min massage, even though both massage therapists were sleeping in the massage rooms when i walked in…the massage room had no music and it was not full body with feet, it was just back and legs. & then when they insisted on a tip, it was awkward & they charged me $12 even though I said $10. when i commented that they charged me $2 more than i approved, they told me it was for taxes on the tip.
