I had my first ever wax here booked with Angie. I got a full Brazilian & she made the experience comfortable. It wasn’t awkward & the actual wax was great. Didn’t take long, didn’t hurt & everything looks really good! I’d definitely recommend honey bunny to my friends & I’d recommend Angie as well. I’ll likely be back after the 4-6 weeks!

My experience wasn’t as good. My wax esthetician was Verne, overall she was a nice person and made me feel comfortable. This was my first time trying a new place because I’m away from home. For one I always sweat when I get wax so usually estheticians supposed to wipe down then apply baby powder. She didn’t do either.. and it took her longer than what I’ve experienced it felt like she didn’t know what she was doing.. and with that being said I ended up breaking out causing irritation which isn’t normal. I’ve been getting Brazilian wax for a while now by the same business “wax & relax” & I always get good results so this scared me..

Poor customer service, wax was too hot. Waxer took forever to complete service and I broke out with what looked like razor burn. I went here to give them a try as we were leaving out of town and my usual waxer was booked, never again. Relax and wax Cartersville is the only place I’ll ever go. I honestly feel sorry for the people who enjoy this place they don’t know what a good service feels like
