I recently had my first ever massage by Kristy and it was absolutely amazing. I have many problems with my neck & back, and my job is very physically demanding. Kristy did an awesome job at making sure I was comfortable, asking me what areas to focus on and talking me through the connections of why certain spots are more painful than others. She is very professional and takes her time. Truthfully, I had to stop myself from falling asleep for most of it because the environment as well as Kristy’s energy is very calming and relaxing. Also, this is an extremely safe place. Kristy makes sure throughout the appointment that YOU are comfortable and does whatever she can to make sure you feel safe.

I received my first hour-long medical massage by Kristy last week and it was amazing! Exactly what you hope for in a massage and more. The atmosphere was so calm, she let me set the mood with my choice of music, made sure I was comfortable, and made time to focus on my more sensitive areas like my neck! She also did not rush in any part and made it known that if I would like to take a couple minutes after we were done before coming out, that I could.
