Critical: PunctualityThis location is now closed permanently. I have been going to this location of Holiday Hair for over 25 years. Never had issues with service. However, in the last few years things have gone downhill. I was visiting and in need of a cut. I made an appointment, but when I went up there was a sign on the door saying that they were closed due to an emergency and would be back at 3, but they never came back. Came back the next day, same thing. I tried a third time, and my appointment was rejected because they don’t check their online appointments and block out times. I needed to leave and could not get my cut. Was disappointed. I went elsewhere. Now I hear they are closed permanently at this location.This location is now closed permanently. Went to Holiday Hair with my son. He is 16 and told the lady what he wanted… I was sitting in the waiting area and noticed that the lady looked like she was finishing up, So I walked over and said aren’t you going to shave the sides and he said I am …. So I walk back to my seat next thing you know she was done and he wanted out of the salon… I said To him your hair isn’t done… He said she would use the clippers and told him that the way he wanted it wasn’t good… so I was going to pay so we could leave, She puts the amount in and I’m trying to be polite and she just staring at me…

Loved Jasmine. Very sweet professional and attentive. Stopped periodically to ensure I was happy with the progress. Super efficient and got right in at my appointment. She typically doesn’t work evenings but accommodated me by staying past her hours. Don’t know why there are only 3 stars. Under new management and was very pleased considering I’m a picky customer.

It was clean, and she took us in right away. But, I thought I was over charged for the 2 trims. I ended up spending 73.00 for both. She charges $32. Something for a trim. Way too much. Other Holiday Hair chargers less than $20.00 for a trim, that was what both Morgan and I got. Just a trim. I will not be returning to that salon.

We had an apt for our daughters hair for prom. They quoted us $35 on the phone and it ended up being $55. During styling the hair dresser told us the hair won’t curl unless she trims off the end of the hair. She asked if she could we agreed but she didn’t make it clear she was going to tack on a hair cut and shampoo fee of $21! To trim up the end of hair. When I wanted to get that removed, she said she should have charged me $29 to trim up the ends of the hair she trimmed and tough.

Went into this place with a picture of what I wanted done!! The stylist either did not want to give me what I asked for. Or did not know how to do the style I requested!!! Bottom line she did what she wanted to do. Lol then tells me how much she was goin to charge my card! I did not argue with that. But was not happy!!! I checked my card the following day omg she had charged me more than . What she had tell me.
