My sister went to this salon and she wanted highlights but didn’t want to use bleach, however the lady doing her hair explained that she had to use bleach in order to do her hair and that she can tone her hair. After my sister agreed to use bleach, the lady was upset with her and decided to not to do her hair at all, not even the toner because she felt uncomfortable to do it. Then the manager walked in on her while her hair was exposed and he didn’t even apologize for walking in on her especially since she wears a scarf. When she asked for an explanation he said that he told her not to do her hair. This is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional, especially since she drove 40 minutes to get her hair done and was disappointed by the way she was treated so disrespectfully.

The staff was very friendly! But my hair didn’t come out at all like what I expected. I wanted a dark chocolate/espresso brown (coming from a medium brown with highlights) but about 2 weeks and 4 shampoos later my hair is (still) light/medium brown with a redish/ginger tint in the sun. (I did wait several days to wash my hair at home and I also use professional products that are safe for color treated hair so it’s not that). Overall beautiful salon and friendly staff, but I would not go back for coloring services.

Superbly clean! The staff were all so welcoming. Felt like family as soon as I walked through the door. My hair turned out amazing. Buddy is phenomenal…Rence tag teamed me and had me beautiful in a flash. What a fabulous crew! I have already made my appointments through December. Highly highly recommend. Went in last night and got the Brazilian blowout and color. My hair is super curly and frizzy. However I left there feeling and looking AMAZING! Everyone at HM is friendly and just an great salon. I am super happy with the results. Buddy and the lady who both worked on my hair did absolutely amazing job. Absolutely amazing! I didn’t have to wait long, but while I did they offered me water, wine, or coffee! Katie cut and styled my hair. She is incredible! She did my hair exactly the way I wanted it and she somehow made it hold a curl! Best salon experience ever, I will definitely be back!
