About 8 months ago I tried to cash in my free massage with the cards they give you (ten paid massages one free) but I was told that they had changed ownership and that I could not use that card even though the cards were still up on the counter being used. I went back today after I collected all of my massages and was going to cash in on my free massage and there were new people in there and they told me that they had just changed ownership and then I could no longer use those cards. Of course they tried to play the language barrier game whenever I tried to explain that it’s not my fault that they have switched ownership. Of course whenever I try to ask them why they still have the cards up on the counter they acted like they did not understand me. And all they said was that is for our customers. That place has not been open but maybe 3 years and they’ve already gone through four different “owners”. When we all know that they are owned by the same person they just switch out their workers. The people who work there also sleep there in one of the rooms, so what are the chances that new owners each time have their employees doing that?

Got a deep tissue done today, was pretty rough compared to other spas I’ve visited. Hand movements were not gentle, but were firm. They put a paper towel in the face hole and after being jarred around so much my face felt raw, using towels and replacing them like every other spa would be beneficial for this place. Could not understand her to save my life, and I work in customer service. Had to reveal myself to ablige her request to take pants off as well… She also hastled me for a better tip after I gave her one, not once, not twice, but three times. All around very uncomfortable experience, Will not be back.
