London did such a wonderful job on my facial! He clearly explained what the products were and the benefits of using them. My skin was glowing after! I also liked how they email the recommended products to you vs showing them in store. Sometimes, at other spas, I feel like associates can be pushy to buy products. At heyday they did a great job of recommending products, providing their reasoning and not being overly pushy about buying. I would recommend London and heyday anytime!

My go-to for facials. I go to Sadie and she’s very thorough and my skin looks clean and hydrated every time I leave here. It’s a great place to be a member as you can get microdermabrasion or hydro wand infusion for half the price. If you get facials more than once a month, definitely worth it. There’s nothing like it in the market.

Overall great experience! From check in to check out, everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable on skin care. My esthetician Annabelle was so nice and made my experience worth while. She asked questions about my skin & goals for my appointment in order to help her decide which products she was going to use. She discussed which products she was using and mentioned any sensations or smells the products might give off. She went over the benefits of each product, while also making the experience relaxing.
