This is my second time coming here, the first time i wasn’t impressed but they did alright (i just got gel polish but my nails were not even at all) the second time going i went 3 days ago for my 2 week fill & got a design which they had to redo twice & im still not satisfied nor does it look anything like the picture i showed him, i asked him if he was able to do it twice and he told me yes.(i asked for cheetah print & showed him) not only do my nails not look anything like what i showed him but after 3 days my gel is peeling. when i went to go check out they charged me for a full set & when i questioned it and told the lady that i just got a fill she told me that they just press random buttons and since i got a design on one of my nails that isn’t any close to what i asked for it equals out to the price of a full set. i would not recommend this place if you are interested in trendy up to date nails, they seem like they aren’t experienced at all.

The ONLY nail tech to do a true deep C curve French polish, Sunny is absolutely a amazing perfectionist did a wonderful job with shape, build up curve with the acrylic, and the best deep C polish job I’ve ever had! I’ve been searching for a nail place for a while. I’ve bounced back and forth between “just ok” places. I called princess nails last minute and they got me in the same day. I’m usually picky about my acrylics due to me always be hard on my hands but sunny or sonny did a wonderful job I highly recommend him. The place was also very clean and the atmosphere was friendly and refreshing. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and for giving me a new nail home!

Worse place ever!! Hannah put on the wrong color(on my toes) then had the audacity to get annoyed at me! I was also getting acrylic nails, I should have gone with my gut feeling and left! The worse paint job, didn’t listen to a word I said! I get home to realize one nail is chipped, due to the lack of knowing how to file! Never again! I usually tip over and beyond, not this time but I did give a tip that was NOT deserved!

My husband and I come here often with no issue but today I went and a technician ive never seen before cut my foot with a grater and took the skin off and my foot was burning the entire time and I’m having to walk odd to favor it to keep pressure off. I told the owner at the desk because he asked how she was and he said she cut him before as well. He said he gave me $15 off but the price of the pedi was $35 and I paid $35 so I’m not sure about that. Im probably going to have it looked at by a doctor because the last thing I need is it to get infected. Literally ruined my day.

Critical: Quality, ValueI just left there and am very disappointed with my nails. I have nail polish on my fingers & I had to show the person that bc he didn’t take care of my cuticles now I have weird clumping around my nail beds. I asked for a gel manicure & the lady told me it was only $3 more for powder. But when I complained afterwards she then says that’s the price for powder. It doesn’t include the manicure. Which is outrageous n never explained that way. Not to mention my fingers are stinging & burning n 2 are bleeding. Won’t be back.I just left there and am very disappointed with my nails.
