I had my first visit to Salon Herdis a couple weeks ago and it was fantastic! The salon itself is clean and bright. There is a cute store front as well if you want to do some shopping. My stylist was Lilly, and she was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable right off the bat and understood exactly what I was asking for for my haircut. She gave me some solicited advice for products and I left with the two she recommended. Two weeks later and I still love my haircut! I will definitely be going back.

My family and I have been going here a while and have had great experiences every time. My 6 year old daughter loves getting her haircut here. She feels so pampered and special. I walked in & immediately was greeting by a lovely, smiling young woman. I gave her my name & she immediately introduced me to Alexi. From there it was smooth sailing. Had my hair washed by friendly staff member, I cannot remember her name. Then Alexi took over & cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I’m thrilled with it. Once done I made another appt. I had a terrible experience with stylist Alex here. My haircut was uneven, choppy and just confusingly bad. I went on their website and specifically chose Alex since he was ranked as the most experienced as a level 8 stylist/educator. I was so shocked at his lack of expertise that I dug a bit deeper. Apparently, the stylists are ranked based on how much product they sell and not on talent or experience. When I went to someone else to fix his damage, they actually laughed at how badly it was layered. This salon is not to be trusted.
