If giving zero stars was an option, I would! Absolutely zero customer service or attempt at customer retention. I tried to get in for their new client free bikini with an upgrade for a Brazilian. I scheduled the last slot available on a Friday morning (appointment was set up 4 days prior to appointment day). They over communicated every single day since the booking was complete that I was going to come in. I answered yes to all of their confirmation texts.
