I’ve been using this salon for about 1 & 1/2 years. In the beginning, it was wonderful! Great service, decent prices and loved the results of what I had requested to have done vs. what I received. For the last 10-11 months, I’ve seen a decrease in the salon’s quality. When I went last December for dip powder, requesting a few different colors & holiday design, the nail tech had a major attitude. She was angry and stormed off, I guess not liking my request. Two other girls stepped in to assist and were wonderful. I let it go, thinking the stress & busy season played a part. Fast forward to the past 2-4 months, each time I go, it seems like I’m an inconvenience. The quality isn’t as great, it’s an issue requesting a design on my nails, and the prices have climbed- including a service fee for debit/credit transactions. My most recent visit was to have my dip powder removed & get a manicure- to give my nails a rest. I was bombarded with questions asking why i didn’t want to do color on my nails, why I was taking the dip off (did I not like the color anymore? … i last got my nails done in mid-Sept and haven’t had time to come in to get them done & they were outgrown, chipped, broken… that’s why.) I was trying to be persuaded to get a color on my nails when I said numerous times I didn’t want to… even asked if I wanted a Halloween design- which is ironic, since the past few times I’ve gone and asked for designs it seems to be an issue. To top it off, I paid with my card (paying the stupid surcharge they recently implemented) and wasn’t even able to use my rewards card for the service I received… why? Because you have to spend $15+, months. I spent $17 (not including the tip $,) but $5 of that was to remove my old dip powder. So not only do I not get the card signed off on, I had to pay to have the polish removed – which would have been free to do if I were getting dip or even gel put on my nails. After paying, the clear polish was put on my nails, to which I accidentally messed up one nail and asked to have it fixed up and repainted. The tech just went back over, leaving it still jacked up.

Today I went to this Holle one nail spa that everyone has bad reviews. I did a powder removal and then did a normal hand. I felt super good. The service quality of the waiter is very good and the attitude is very sweet and gentle. I will come again next time. Will continue to look for this enthusiastic waiter to help me

I got a regular pedicure, which comes with a 10min leg massage, and this gorgeous gel manicure. Mei did an amazing job! She took her time to make sure every detail was perfect, and I absolutely love the results. Everyone there was super nice, and all of the other nail techs stood around and watched Mei do my nails. I LOVE my nails! Today was my first time visiting Hello One, and I am definitely coming back and recommending it to all of my friends and family. I got a regular pedicure, which comes with a 10min leg massage, and this gorgeous gel manicure. Mei did an amazing job! She took her time to make sure every detail was perfect, and I absolutely love the results. Everyone there was super nice, and all of the other nail techs stood around and watched Mei do my nails. Also the place was super clean and the prices are great. This is definitely my new salon! 🙂

First time here…..the shop looked cute so I thought I would try it….but 1. The girl don’t speak English 2. She abandoned me for another client. Now I’m stuck in the chair waiting for over 30mins!!!! Just with my pedicure half way done and no color!!! It’s so slow here Pedicure

Horrible experience. For pedi my tech asked if I wanted cut-down or file only. I said file only. What does my tech do? Grab the clippers and start cutting. And before I can even open my mouth to stop her, she has cut the corners of my big toe. That’s an enormous no-no. When they do that it causes the corners to become ingrown and painful and it causes me a trip to the podiatrist. Now we move on to the manicure. When removing the old gel that had only lasted one week, she starts scraping my natural nails so hard it was tough to tolerate. Then time for the shoulder massage… She starts beating on my shoulders like I’m a set of bongos! It’s been 2 days and my shoulders are still sore. I left there so tense and anxious I was ready to jump out of my skin. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! A trip to the nail salon is supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Go elsewhere.

I got the full Deluxe pedicure, and let me tell you……!!!!! It was the best dam pedicure I ever had. Definitely will be my spot for here on out. I received full spa treatment for my tootsie rolls. They cleaned them, waxed them, steamed them, and hot rock massaged them boys!!!! Pedicure
