Worst hair visit of my life. I started out wanting to keep almost all my natural color and just hit the grey. Recommendation get some highlights and tone it to blend. Yikes. Into the second correction the stylist left ( for a good reason) it rinses out carrot top orange and the mom wants to dye everything solid brown. I’m in tears. The response ,”I would have never touched your hair.” After the 2nd cover up left with hair full of color I didn’t want. I paid for every color they gave. Then the follow up phone call to try to get me to come back and spend more money to try to fix it. When I said no it began the process of telling me how it was my fault. I feel so embarrassed and felt even worse after being put on a guilt trip as soon as things started going wrong. It was not my first visit but it was my first color attempt. Sometimes when bad things happen folks try to make you feel better I just felt belittled.

I love love LOVE everything Jennifer has done for me. I don’t even bother picking out hairstyles anymore. I just go in, sit down, ask her to make me look fabulous, and I leave happy. More importantly, my hair looks better as it grows out. She cuts a flattering cut into my hair and it grows out beautifully, not like so many cuts I’ve gotten in the past that look good in the chair but are impossible for me to recreate.
