Heartworks Body Spa is so ridiculously unprofessional, I booked a myself a spa day for my birthday, about a week in advance, I was very excited for the treatments until the evening before my appointments I get a call saying they have to cancel my massage, very upset I agreed to just have my facial the following afternoon instead. So on my birthday about an hour before my appointment I received a text message from someone at the Heartworks Body Spa saying they’ve canceled my facial as well. No explanation or apologies, I will never considering this place again. My friends went in for massages today and said they were mediocre massages, with the pushiest sales people ever, trying to sell them memberships for a full half hour after their services! Very poor experience for my friends and myself.

Although the massage services were fantastic (had a 1 year membership), when I tried to cancel, I had zero response. I called about 5 times, personally went into the office and emailed to their “info@” email. Every time I was told that the person who could help me was not available. I still (after over a month of trying) have not had confirmation that my membership has been cancelled. This is the most egregious error a service provider can make because they have soured me on what could have been a very positive experience. Had this not happened, I may have renewed my membership in the future and/or recommended them to many others. Now I am just angry, frustrated and very bitter.
