Critical: QualityWell, not great… Got home and noticed the odd “cracks” in my manicure. Looks like they painted over imperfections. I walked in and wasn’t greeted but the man up front yelled at employee to greet me. I tell them what I’d like and they tell me to sit down. I was hesitant in sitting down because I didn’t see the little protector on the bowl you put your feet in and I know how unsanitary that is but I sat and then they put the protector on so that was good. They weren’t all that welcoming and friendly. Never talked to me whatsoever during the service. I like friendly people who make you feel Invited and welcome… The lady who did my pedicure stopped mid pedicure to answer a phone call she barely pummissed my feet and barely rubbed my legs or feet with the sugar scrub. They are already overcharging and this service is not worth what they charge. There’s surrounding places that charge 30 or less for a pedicure with better service. They charge 38 a pedicure and 50 for shellac and that’s crazy they charge 20 more for shellac.. a simple pedicure should not cost 50 bucks when the performance isn’t even up to par of any average pedicure. I usually go to a really nice nail place that still only charges 15 more for shellac. Also having a bunch of food and snacks in sight of customers isn’t the most professional way of running a nail salon. Then the owner pulled me aside afterwards as I left explaining that he asks his workers not to talk Vietnamese in front of customers… He said they talk Vietnamese to eachother but they are not talking about me they are talking about other things… Uuuuum I never had a suspicion they were talking about me but now I do… I mean the lady working on me did say stuff and her friends were looking at me so they probably were. I will not be returning here due to cost and friendliness in general. I did not feel super welcome. Customer service just wasn’t great.
