2 hour bodywork – RESET
Derived from acupuncture, Acupressure is a method that uses physical pressure applied to acupuncture points throughout the body. It works to re-balance your qi, relieve tension, and improve your overall health. 120 minutes of mindful body work tailored to each clients needs to recharge. Includes stretches, joint mobilization, myofacial release, aromatherapy, hot stones and sound therapy		$150.00

SELF LOVE RETREAT
Receive a 2 hour bodywork session with a 15 min post stretch / meditation session. Pressure is based off clients preference. Sessions will include hot stones, sound therapy healing, acupressure, reflexology, and suction cupping. CBD healing balm and rose hip oil scalp treatment will be included during your session. You will get a customized take home aroma healing bath. Please keep in mind you will need to contact us 48 hours in advance to have your customized bath be created		$200.00

I was searching for massage places near my apartment and stumbled upon Heal & Flo. I’m glad I did. The space is extremely relaxing with incense and new-to-me music. Amanda listened to my needs and addressed my concerns during the massage. She taught me a few stretches to do, which I’ve literally never had before with a massage.
