My rating is based on a kids haircut so nothing really special . We called to make a same day apointment which was easy, Jasmine cut my sons hair and was very friendly and fun. She did a great job and my son was very happy and cant wait to go back. Waiting area was clean and offered coffee and water.

Excellent first impression for this place. The business itself is laid out great, looks awesome and very clean. Decor is really cool and every station has a Craftsman tool box and TV to give it a manly feel. Works pretty well for me. My stylist Lindsey was super nice and did an outstanding job of making me feel welcome and look much better (I was way overdue for a cut). I told her what I wanted and she delivered 100%. Between the scalp massage and neck shave/massage she went above my expectations. I will be back as this place knows how to do a haircut+ right

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWent to another haircut for men near by for my sons haircut the day before picture day and the stylist totally butchered his hair. I was so stressed over it and drove into the next plaza to Headquarters (Where I initially intended to go but got them mixed up) and asked if anyone could fix his hair? I had no appointment and it was almost 6 PM. Elissa looked at him and said no problem, I can take care of it. As soon as she got him in the chair I felt comfortable and she turned his haircut around 360 which is hard to do on an already short boys haircut. She turned the mistake into part of the style and did an awesome job. As if that was not enough she did not even want to charge me. Was expecting a quality haircut and definitely got one! Quick service and greeting as soon as I walked in the door. I had my hair cut by Sophia R., and she did phenomenal. Friendly, Stylish, and Great Service! Will definitely return for my next cut!
