After 20 years of going to the same person, I needed a change. I picked this salon and stylist because of the reviews online. The reviews were accurate! William colored and cut my hair and spent time talking to me beforehand as well as “inspecting my hair” and listening to my concerns. I loved the new cut and color. The gal that shampooed my hair I could go to every day; really relaxing! And I was impressed that a few days after my first visit the owner of the salon phoned to ask me about my experience. Great customer care! I will be back. Side note: I dragged my husband with and they were kind enough to give him a cold beverage while he waited.

I booked an appointment but had to wait for 2 weeks because of xmas and new year but it was worth it. I just loved this place. William is best!!!! I was so happy the whole time – just smiling and so excited and loved talking to him throughout the duration. The end result was so awesome that I still cannot stop smiling when I see myself in mirror :)I would recommend this place to everyone. I was looking for someone who can suggest what would suit my face and something that would change my complete look. I have thick, wavy hair, this salon was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I visited Millie for the second time and I will say that Millie is not only a hairdresser, she is a real creator of a good image! I have never met such a committed, focused and dedicated person to what he does. Millie, she will always listen to what I say, I am asking for her opinion and I have the impression that she knows exactly what is good for me and my hair. Besides, she is a polite, non-pushy, nice person, it is a real pleasure to be in her hands. She takes care of every detail, even such that she gave me a disposable mask so that I would not get my hair dirty when dyeing my hair! This is a real treasure of such a hairdresser. I made a group appointment for myself and my son. My stylist, Janet, was soooo amazing! She was the most patient hair dresser we have ever had. My son is just under 2 years old and isn’t the biggest fan of getting his hair cut. Not only did she do a great job with his hair cut and style, but she found ways of keeping him still and calm. That’s the first time we’ve found someone that could do that. My haircut was done to perfection. I came in with a men’s hair picture and she NAILED it. I LOVE it. One of the best parts about the cut was the scalp massage that they give before the cut. It is so relaxing. The salon itself is cute and very clean with many options for hair care products. They offer drinks while you wait and everyone that works there is very friendly. We’ve finally found our salon and stylist for years to come!

Wow! So my hair is thick and curly and I set an appt for a blonde bylage, I understand this is a very hard job since my hair is curly, thick and dark with copper undertones. I had a consultation before hand with a very nice stylist here who was so nice and made me feel so welcome and comfortable but unfortunately she did not deliver the work I expected but I paid my fee in full and left. I went home I continued to be very dissatisfied so i reached out to the owner Lisa mind you I was very irate. She convinced me to come in and talk to her about my situation, I did. She was very nice and listened to me go on and on always keeping her cool and professionalism. She said if you don’t mind I want to rectify the problem I was very hesitant at first but again with her kindness she convinced me to come back. I was there yesterday and Janet completely redid my hair and my hair looks ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, GORGEOUS, FLAWLESS She went above and beyond my expectations. I am 100% happy with the turnout and they have officially won me over! I 100% recommend Headquarters Design Studio trust me you do not need to look any further!

My 8year-old son has long hair. He cut a piece of it off by himself to avoid combing out a big tangle, so I decided it was time to get a trim. I found Headquarters through a local Google search and was happy with their longer hours and many good reviews. They were kind enough to fit us in for an appointment the same evening. William was gentle and attentive, even coming up with a way to get my son high enough to comfortably reach the shampoo station. He listened to my request for getting the hair out of the eyes, but also found a style that kept the hair longer to cover ears, the way my son prefers. We will happily go back, and I highly recommend them.
