I had an important interview at 6pm so i booked a haircut with Arturo at 3pm a couple days before. He texts me at noon 3 hours before our appointment telling me he won’t make it. I ask if anyone else can help me out and gives me the number to the shop to ask them. He gives me an incomplete refund and states it’s a paypal issue and an apology for the inconvenience. His text messages were unprofessional filled with “bro”. I go to paypal for the rest of the refund, and he sends me a text at midnight that if i ever book with him again he will cancel and keep my deposit. Very unprofessional all around.

The haircut was really good! Only thing that wasn’t so good was they don’t take Visa Debit cards. There wasn’t any signs posted saying so. When I booked my appointment on line it didn’t mention it either. But the Cut was Super clean!

Went in to get a haircut and was helped fairly quick I am a barber myself and when I get new clients I always try to get to know my clients start a conversation make them feel comfortable I felt uncomfortable the whole time there the barber cutting me didn’t speak a word too me overall bad experience the vibe just isn’t something you want to be around. I tipped the guy although I didn’t like the haircut nor my service just out of respect for barbering.

Some of the barbers are great and some are okay. You really have to keep going to find the right one and schedule appointments with that one barber. If you dont have an appointment and you don’t get there right when they open your going to be waiting for a bit.
