This business is not accomendating at the least. Their regular prices are spendy. (Hence, why they have groupons to get you to come in during their short hours of operation. Then they hook you when you get come back not giving the same stable price you paid for initially). Their attitudes are subpar, unsympathetic,rude, and their business hours are short. They do not take walk ins. Don’t be late or hope Murphy’s law doesn’t happen to you because it will “mess up her schedule” and she doesn’t have time for that nor, “she can’t help you.” Via exact words. Don’t bother with groupons either it is a waste of time for they don’t have time for you. Shoot, most doctor’s offices have a 15 minute grace period before cancelling their patients as no-shows. Oh, and if you love automated phone systems to schedule an appointment be sure to give them a call because you won’t get a kind human voice. They promote their website however, many elderly folks much rather call than fool with the computer. We all love to call a system where no one answers the phone, but instead you have to leave a voicemail. It is just like Comcast! Apparently, this business doesn’t want more clients which will create more income. They are inflexible. Save your money and your blood pressure. Instead, go to 2 Girls and a shop. They are more accomendating ,and will squeeze you in for a better price with sweeter attitudes.Child friendly and military friendly! What is not to love about that? They do walk in’s during business hours. When you Hop in their chair and you will come out marvelous and feeling fabulous! Guaranteed! Check out their Facebook page! Oh yeah, and rating yourself doesn’t count as a business. That is like voting for your self as class president it doesn’t work that way! It looks petty.

First experience was good..Vara is very friendly…however…I had to cancel twice due to unexpected things…instead of politely telling me I voided my Groupon due to canceling in less than 24 hours she sends me a message via text by her appointment maker stating she let me slide the first cancellation but the second time I voided my Groupon completely due to cancelling again…I understand proper procedures but her response was rude and driving an hour for a pedicure where the minimal is done anyways is totally not worth it…she makes it very clear she only does Groupon’s to make up for her lack of business during the Winter months…not very professional at all….
