Just finished my second experience and I think it will be my last. I went two weeks ago to get a full set and left somewhat disappointed because my nails camr out super bulky and thick, and I hate that look, but I needed tips on my nails so I figured it was due to that. I scheduled a second one this week and left even more disappointed. I chose not to get tips again because I felt my natural nail was long enough and j wanted a more natural look. I chose a color for powder that was a tan. I was a bit confused looking at the color book because the nails had obviously been painted and I was looking for powder options, but I figured I’d trust them and didn’t question it. When she picked the color it looked really pink, but again I didn’t question it because I figured it looked different once on the nail. She began by removing my old nails, and used so much acetone that it just kept pouring out of each nail down my sleeves. When she was filing them, she filed one nail way too thin and it was a super uncomfortable feeling. She left the residue of the old color all over my hands, and then also got the new powder stuck on my skin as well. The color is totally off from what I chose, and some of my nails don’t match the rest- they came out bubbly, round, and bulky looking very unnatural. At the end she applied cuticle oil, which moisturized some of my skin, but the rest is white and crackly from the acetone and left my hands looking horrible. Last time I paid $75, this time $55… I feel like I just wasted a lot of money and don’t feel comfortable getting them fixed because I’m worried they were filed too thin today.

Eric was fantastic. Today was my first visit to this salon and i was pleased to find how clean and beautiful it was. There were plenty of gel and dip colors to choose from and the services are very reasonably priced. They even have a cool loyalty program to get discounts off future visits. I will absolutely be visiting again!

I got a pedicure (so relaxing) and a dip manicure on my natural nails with Tracy. I’m very picky with my shape and she nailed it (no pun intended). $207 … grossly overpriced. $187 + $20 tip. The nail tech did a great job but $200 for a manicure and a pedicure?!?! Ugh. Never again. After the nail tech was finished she consulted with someone else for a minute before telling me the price… It made me feel like she was uncomfortable bc she literally whispered the price. When I questioned it, she said it was because I got gel on my toes… honestly, I just feel like I got taken advantage of. No dip/ gel mani & pedi is worth $200….

I have had a few different technicians, who were great but I continually make appointments with Kelsey. She’s wonderful and I love my nails every time. Best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. The establishment was beautiful. The technicians were friendly and the owner very welcoming. A very much feel at home comfortable in addition to the expertise. Definitely will go again and highly recommend Haven Nail Bar!!

My second visit in Nov and honestly they are expensive!! Gel dip, basic manicure plus $13 tip was $78.00 (ouch!) But full disclosure, I am 1000% happy with my nails and the service! Ms. Vivian did my gel dip so perfect that my nails look like “press on” nails! LOL!! You get what you pay for at Haven Nail Bar

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI really wanted to like this place but considering they charged me the most I’ve ever paid which was 60.00 not including the tip for a full set with regular nail polish (not gel) I am disappointed. Firstly they don’t tell you up front how much anything is except for the price of gel polish. There are no menus to display pricing from what I remember. They ask you everything you want and start working on your nails. They kept trying to force me to get gel nail polish which they charge $10.00 more for and then denied me of doing a nail design because I wouldn’t get gel nail polish. I got my nails done on the 10th and it is the 21st and one of my nails have broken in half at no fault of my own. She also forgot to put primer on 3 fingers on the right hand. The picture on the right is when I first got them done. I was actually happy with how they looked but not so much the customer service. I gave 1 star because of the customer service, my nail breaking, and I’m certain I was overcharged.
