My 9 year old took the scissors to his own hair and cut himself a few bald patches. He did not want his head totally shaved. They came up with a few solutions for us, gave him the best haircut he could possibly get given the situation, and came up with a plan for the future. When he went in he was closed off and upset, but he left feeling confident and happy, saying he could go there every week. I thank them for their professionalism, expertise and kindness. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful staff. This is my new barber after many years with a stylist in another town. To me, The best part of Havana Fran’s is no appointment required. Makes it easy for me to swing over on my work from home day when I have a break between meetings.

I have been going to Havana Fran’s since it opened and it’s great to have a barber shop close by to support them. They always do a great job cutting my hair. On my recent visit, they closed at 12pm on Saturday so I hurried down at around 11:15ish and came in, only to have them tell me that they aren’t taking any customers which they only have 2 customers waiting. It was just a letdown especially with all the support that I gave to them. Will be going to a different barber shop from now on.

Wonderful local Barber Shop! A perfect location for locals and people passing through beautiful downtown Hebron. Everyone at the shop is so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Kid friendly too!! We’ll definitely be returning MANY TIMES!

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been getting my haircut at Havana Frans for years. I started going when Fran’s business was new in Hebron to support them, because it’s great having a barber in town. Melissa has been cutting my hair for almost 2 years now and she has always done a great job. When the pandemic hit Fran started having people wait outside for haircuts which in principle is fine. It was raining today though so i thought she got rid of the numbers since her and Melissa were coming outside and calling customers in by name. I decided to wait it out figuring they’d eventually call me, but they never did.. I finally went inside and when I explained my confusion she laughed in my face. I’ve been getting my haircut at Havana Frans for years. I started going when Fran’s business was new in Hebron to support them, because it’s great having a barber in town. My barber retired due to the pandemic and I needed to find a new place to go. Not an easy thing to do at this time of year and during said pandemic. After my first visit I think I found my new place! I was extremely impressed by the young woman who cut my hair and the welcoming atmosphere. I’m glad I visited. I’ll be back!
