My second visit to Harmony and it’s been wonderful both times. I will definitely be going back very soon. I got the 60 min for $60 and it’s worth every penny. It’s a full body massage that includes warm towel and hot stone therapy. Then you are offered water or tea. I opted for tea and was served a nice cup of camomile.

Harmony is always great. You have to call now to get an appointment instead of walk in, but they can usually do something same day within a few hours. Ask for Linda, she’s great for deep tissue, so kind, always smiling and glad to see me again. And their prices are very reasonable. I’ve paid almost twice as much elsewhere in town for massages that weren’t all that good.

Nice place with great customer service, very friendly and polite. The only thing is some people has more skills and pays more attention than others, so make sure once you found someone that you like, stay with them, don’t try too many people if you don’t want to be disappointed about this great place. So far me, my husband and my friend love to have Jerry, Jessie and Kitty for every visit. They are the reason why we keep coming back after trying several massage places.

Unfortunately the service has gone down hill. I’ve been going to harmony since pre pandemic when a 1 hr foot massage was $25 and great massage and value. I continued to go while rates were raised to $35 for 1 hr ft massage and quality started to deteriorate maybe due to lack of workers. Fast forward to my massage on Sunday October 2nd, massage was terrible And new price is $45. My last 3 massages have been terrible which is the only reason I’m leaving this honest review. They have been consistently terrible 1 hr foot massages. IMO the 1 hr ft massage is no longer worth the value since it’s unpredictable whether or not the massage person will do a good job. The amount of pressure was way too soft, not enough variety of rubbing, mostly using knuckles which does not feel that great. Initial foot soaking was less than 2 minutes and water was barely warm. Not very experienced massage person it appeared. I won’t go back after that.

I came here at 5pm and they said no service because it was too busy. they asked me what massage. I say body and legs in 1 hour for 4 peoples. They said ok and they made an appointment at 6pm for us . but when i changed back 4 foots massages, they said no service, i ask why, they are said don’t have time but the 4 massages the same time 1 hour. I don’t know what’s different ♀️ That’s so horrible. If you do high prices they will serve ,and when you do low prices, they won’t service. They are scornful for the customers, we feel so upset. When the boss in here they’re service really good, but when the boss not in the shop, the technician service too bad.

My massage was subpar. She began massaging me through the sheet that was covering me and it was like getting a massage with my clothes still on. I didn’t enjoy that part of it at all. I told the masseuse what areas were bothering me the most and she didn’t show any extra attention to those areas. It was like she was just following a script rather than paying attention to my individual needs. If I were to give this place another try, I’d definitely request someone different. On the other hand the customer service and ambiance was perfect. I was just unhappy with the fact that I had to go home and use my massage gun immediately after spending the money on a massage.

Summer burned the bottom of my foot with the hot stone and she was giggling. I brushed it off and let her finish off the massage, but when I stood up I noticed it hurting. We told the receptionist in front but there was no remedy and they still charged us the full price. We get foot massages often and won’t be coming back to this place.

The absolute worst customer service and experience I have ever had at a spa. I made reservations in advance for two float sessions, two foot massages, and two full body massages. First off the day of they canceled our float sessions since they allowed others to use the float tanks and they weren’t cleaned for us. I made these reservations a week prior so for them to give our float tank sessions to walk in clients was unacceptable. When walking in we signed some paperwork and then we were told to go to the room to the left. In that room was a bunch of dividers. Behind the dividers were people getting their massages or foot massages. It was near the front door and so the noise was not relaxing. When talking with my friend (while getting our foot massages) they told us to be quiet since others on the other side of the dividers were getting massages. We couldn’t say anything. They started the foot massages by soaking our feet in hot water for 10 minutes and then massaged our feet for maybe 15 minutes (we paid for 30 minutes of a massage). The foot massages were so bad absolute no pressure or anything just lotion rubbing we ended up canceling our body massages and leaving. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place!
