I’ve never been into massages. My experience at Harmony changed that. Brian worked wonders on me, with super complex neck and shoulder issues, he worked out areas that released like I didn’t know they could. He was extremely in tune with me and what was going on in my back, and he took the time to explain my tension and what he was working on as he went. I loved it. So much, that it’s really unfortunate that I don’t live close by, I’d come regularly. I don’t have enough experience to say it’s the best massage ever, but it certainly was for me. Cannot recommend it enough.

Loved my massage! I’ve had many massages in my life, and the massage I got from Brian was like no other I’ve had. The tension he released in my midback where I was having trouble, and lower back was so focused and on the areas I didn’t even know were the problems. My posture changed, my walk changed, and I feel fantastic! Definitely recommend him, and other family I was with also enjoyed theirs.

Harmony was a fantastic and relaxing spa. Everyone on the team at Harmony was helpful and committed to bringing a wonderful experience. Worked with the team in advance to get five ladies services scheduled so we could make the most of our time. Our services ranged from oxygen lounge, Infrared sauna, body scrub, massage and Reiki. I would highly recommend Harmony to anyone looking for themselves or looking for a group.

I had a shoulder injury from working in the medical field. I lifted a patient and tore my rotator cuff. First, Harmony recommend the Inmode Tone treatment that was a low EMS on my bicep, trapezoid and cuff muscles. The low stimulation felt good with very minimally invasive contractions. Next, we did the BEMER for only 8 minutes. This amazing device stimulates micro vessels promoting blood circulation, oxygen and nutrients. It’s a low magnetic frequency that is painless. A day later, I had full range of motion and was able to do daily living activities without pain!!! I can’t believe how well and fast this treatment worked! Even better I was able to enjoy my weekend riding dirt bikes. Thank you Harmony Health and Massage!!
