Been here twice. They’re rude, do sloppy work, and one time outright refused to help me an hour and a half before closing saying they’re “too busy” while two employees sat in massage chairs and smirked at me. The place is nice and appears to be clean. The ladies are always rushing here with the nails and it’s annoying because Iam paying for a service and expect my nails to look nice after a service is complete. The men however, is what made me give this location a 3 star, the young gentleman does an amazing job with acrylic nails and I will only do my nails with him, if he is available if not then I go elsewhere. Hope this review helps!

Been coming here back and forth for a while now and can’t believe the Bad customer service that I receive. got a 50 fill not one week later and a nail cracked due to the poor service nails was rushed were uneven not shaped well and very Lumpy and to top it off when I came back in 2 try to get my nails done again repaired willing to pay 47 more dollars I waited in the back for over 20 minutes and no one said anything to me that is how you lose good customers.

I enjoy the nail services, just remember if they ask you if you want a service it most likely costs extra. Pay attention to what is on the packages and you will be okay. Also understand that the management pushes the technicians to do high amounts of up grades or they will lose their job. I would not go here for waxing, I have tried several times. anything beyond facial waxing is always done quickly and poorly. They always miss what seems like 20% of the hairs, and you end up leaving without a full wax. Try somewhere else.

I had my nails did here 3 times and to be honest, none of them came out perfect. One set the shape was wrong. One set the nails were uneven. And the last time my nails broke within a week. I thought this place was better but guess not. (In my opinion this was the stores fault)
