Their place is gorgeous. You can get a drink while you’re having your nails done. The only person I’ve been able to understand is the girl with the glasses at the front desk. That’s not to say that the nail techs aren’t nice. You just can’t understand them. I really don’t like that they try to talk you into something more expensive. You’ll just have to keep pointing to the one you want on the menu and say, I just want this. Otherwise you’ll end up with an $80 bill and you only had your feet done. They do a great job though and my nail polish always looks great.

I’ve been going here for the past 6 months or so and I love the service. Everyone is polite and the customer service is always nice. They really care to know if you are pleased with your nails. When I came in the owner fixed my acrylic and even ended up doing a different design that was way more flattering. They were so good to me and even though the issue I came in with wasn’t super obvious they didn’t argue and fixed it same day! My old shop made me feel so uncomfortable if I wanted something fixed and would always argue or charge me extra. I just had the best experience. I had a issue with my nail design and some lifting at the cuticle. When I came in the owner fixed my acrylic and even ended up doing a different design that was way more flattering. Came in for a new set. The lady filed the sides of my nails down so much that I started to bleed. Never even apologized, she just put the stuff on to make it stop bleeding, and continued filing all of my nails down. Once I paid… I was told my set was extra because of the shape and design. . I got charged $78 and have never in my life paid that much for a set of nails. Will NOT be back.

They did a horrible job!! They were very nice. I went in to get nails and pedi. I paid $140.00 which seemed a little pricey. I was going to Vietnam for my son’s wedding. On the day of the wedding ( which this was the 3rd day after having the nail & toes done) 3 of the nails slid off and the White polish (French) was gone.

Me and my mom went to get our nails done last Saturday we both got acrylic and pedicures. My moms nail tech was rough and kept hurting her and I’ve already broken 2 nail in less than a week. The lady who did my nails was super nice but the nails weren’t worth it. I payed 150$ Plus a tip just for myself getting acrylics and a deluxe pedicure. I’m not impressed with the service at all. on top of that I was waiting for over 30 minutes for my pedicure while they did someone else’s pedicure that got there way after me and the lady doing my moms pedicure just left her at the chair and then stood around doing nothing leaving my mom clueless on where to go sit to get her acrylics done or what to do.
