Love this place, been coming here for years and everyone here is really great. They have a lot of options, are able to do designs, and the prices are good (even better if you get the membership, which I recommend doing). Vincent the manager/owner is really nice and does great work, Karina who usually does my nails, always does a fantastic job and while I don’t usually get designs I have in the past and her work was awesome. If you come here get a 10 min massage, the masseuse is amazing!

Wish I would have paid attention to the negative reviews. I wanted shellac nails and was quoted $32. The manicurist tried to upsell me on a more expensive service, which I declined. She then appeared upset and rushed my manicure. The entire manicure, including removing the old shellac took 20 minutes. One of my cuticles was cut and is bleeding. I spent very little time under the LED dryer which hardens the nails and ensures longevity. I only had two coats of polish when it should have been three. Very disappointed so wanted others to avoid shellac here, if possible. Should have gone to Riverhead instead.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI really liked the vibes here. Nice people, good services and options. But my ocd isn’t stoked on the job. There is a lot of nail space left near my cuticle and it just looks like my nails already grew out but I just got them done. She did a good job. Just wish it was a little tighter on the detail

My mom and I came here at 1130 for an appointment which turned out to be pointless because I had to wait half hour and my mom nearly an hour before being seen. I understand it’s busy on Saturday but don’t make appointments you can’t keep or aren’t prepared for in a timely manner, it completely defeats the purpose of making an appointment. We had somewhere to be and having to wait 30 min to an hour was putting us in a difficult spot, especially because my mom needed a gel refill which takes a while. But all that could have been forgiven if the service provided was worth it, which it wasn’t.

Great place; reasonably priced, clean, the workers are easy to talk to and are not afraid to repeat themselves. It’s a lot better than other places I have been to they have great music, their tools that would usually feel like some ones ripping off your skin feels not like a massage but not like getting a shot. If I didn’t do 5 stars I would’ve totally put 4.9 it is my favorite place.
