Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI came in at 5pm to get my lashes done and l didn’t leave until 7pm! They only have one lash tech which makes the process longer because she do nails as well! They can be very rude at times especially if you ask them how long it will be or to come back! Awesome nails but if you are looking to get in and out with no hassle DON’T DO IT! It will be an all day process.And don’t think you can schedule an appt. They don’t keep those either. I love the way they do nails and lashes but l don’t have that much time to waste in a day. I came in at 5pm to get my lashes done and l didn’t leave until 7pm! They only have one lash tech which makes the process longer because she do nails as well! They can be very rude at times especially if you ask them how long it will be or to come back! Awesome nails but if you are looking to get in and out with no hassle DON’T DO IT! It will be an all day process.

Horrible place! The technician didn’t keep the appointment then tried to soak my feet when I came back to someone else pedicure until I said absolutely not, then charged me $50 for a basic pedicure. I will never go back to this hole in the wall of a nail salon.

Was there when the door open which I waited an hour ahead of time along with other lady for them to get there and say they have appointments with 3 ladies that came after we been waiting outside!!!!It should be written in bold letters next to those high prices on the wall that they take appointments first Monday thru Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!Was there for 4 freaking hours!!! They need to more nail technicians!!

Not very professional at all. Came in to get a manicure & had to wait 30 minutes while they sat me down at a station, placed my hands in the soapy solution, and watched while they continued to service people after me!! When I asked why, they just said that they just went to their car so technically they were here before me Manicure

Kathy who sit in the first chair & Tammy that do the lashes are really really rude!!!!The guys are good and and I only let the short one do my feet and he’s amazing !!Tom does excellent nails.Just feet only now!!Tammy eyebrow work is lacking too so I gotta find a new spot for that.

They do wonderful nails. They have pretty heavy clientele so they are always packed most of the time but its definitely worth the wait. They have a huge tv and comfy couches so you will definitely be relaxed why you wait. Kathy is the sweetest!!! I been going to them for about 5/6 years
