Nikki used many different methods, some I’ve never had before. When I got off the table I felt totally relaxed and even several weeks later my neck and shoulders feel better. She is very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a relaxing massage where you could doze off this isn’t for you, but if you’re looking to work on tight or sore areas (like I was) then go to Nikki and she will help you.

Had a sore lower back from Roofing. I couldn’t sleep much and woke up from back spasms. Nicole put me on her table and walked on me with the Bali style. I really didnt think it would work as I’m used to Swedish or Efflorage. She said it would heal much faster if we went the Bali route. I woke up the next day with almost all the pain gone and able to move around. Now I get a massage from Nicole at least twice a week. Shes very knowledgeable and knows many modalities. I would seriously recommend getting a massage from Nicole at Hands Down. Mahalo Nikky!
